Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Store Doctor, a service operated by Insight Sessions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By connecting your Shopify store or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. What Store Doctor does

Store Doctor connects to your Shopify store with read-only access, analyses your store's order data and page-speed performance using AI, and generates a diagnostic report highlighting potential issues and estimated areas for improvement. Estimated financial figures in your report (such as estimated revenue impact) are calculations based on your store's data and industry benchmarks, they are estimates, not guarantees or measured outcomes.

2. Subscription and billing

• The paid plan is billed monthly at £19/month via Stripe, our payment processor
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time via our subscription management page; your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

3. What's included, and what's in progress

We aim to be accurate about what's currently live. Any feature marked "coming soon" on our pricing page is not yet active, you will not be charged extra for it, but it is not yet part of your current service. We'll update our site when a feature moves from "coming soon" to live.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have the authority to connect the Shopify store you're granting us access to
• You're responsible for keeping your account and payment details up to date
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service

5. Disclaimers

Store Doctor's findings are generated using an AI model and automated calculations based on the data available to us. While we take reasonable steps to keep this accurate, findings, scores, and estimated figures should be treated as guidance, not professional business, financial, or legal advice. We are not liable for business decisions made based on your report.

6. Data access and revocation

You may disconnect Store Doctor from your Shopify store at any time via your Shopify admin. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it's handled.

7. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update Store Doctor's features or these terms over time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes.
